Looking After Your Health and Wellbeing

This is an eight week project funded by the Central LHIN to support all Staff and Volunteers of the Central LHIN.

We believe strongly in supporting staff and volunteers in their personal wellbeing and providing them with tools and strategies to support their mental health during this pandemic.

We will use our expertise in self care programming, that will be offered in real time as well as create a suite of resources that can be accessed when needed.
