We will explore through movement and making art the mandala or circle. No art experience or special art materials needed. Have ready whatever materials you want to work with; pens, pencils, highlighters, a pad of paper, a scrap of paper, any supplies in your desk, a plate, a snack, your lunch.

Emotional Freedom Techniques/ Tapping is an evidence-based, mind body technique proven effective for relieving symptoms of psychological, physical and emotional pain. It is useful for all ages as a simple self-help tool as well as, after adequate professional training, a therapeutic and coaching intervention. This presentation provides instruction and an experience in using EFT/tapping for quick in the moment stress relief for health care workers.
