Carol is the Vice President of Hospice Palliative Care at Better Living Health and Community Services. Carol is responsible for the overall operations of Margaret Bahen Residential Hospice and two community hospice programs - Doane House and Better Living.   Carol also oversees the Pal Care Education and Training program.

Passionate about education, she demonstrates a thoughtful, service-oriented approach and is committed to helping others. Her dedication to supporting individuals and providing valuable educational opportunities shapes her work.

Elaine Beemer is our Program Assistant and comes to us with 30 years of office administration experience. She is a graduate of the Social Service Worker Gerontology program at Seneca College. Elaine works part-time as a TA at Seneca College.
